Healing

What energy is and how it works

It’s important to note that you don’t actually experience love, bliss, joy, sadness, anger, or any of that. What you experience is your PERSONAL INTERPRETATION of energy. You only experience something insofar as your nervous system’s or your mind’s interpretation of something.

In order to simplify things and to aid in understanding energy healing, I choose to perceive all energy as being the same. Energy is like air. Air is basically O2. But it can feel different depending on whether there is circulation or not. A room without windows, AC, or fans has no air circulation and the air can be characterized as stagnant or stuffy. If we apply this to energy, a lack of circulation = disease.

When I heal someone who is experiencing physical or emotional pain, at the basis of it, it is just clumps of energy organized into one location without circulation. Or, even if it circulates, it’s only circulating within that one room, unconnected to everything else. My personal interpretation would tell me this energy feels like anger accumulated from that person’s relationship with their father, for example.

Contrast this with a room with windows opened and breezes can blow in and out. There is motion and circulation. In the energy world, this energy motion and circulation indicates health and well-being.

Psychology is what creates the walls, doors, and windows that obstructs air from circulating and moving. This is why I harp so much on cleaning out psychology, not analyzing psychology, because it directly results in health and well-being.

When I talk about healing, I often use the analogy of a house where we open doors and windows and eventually knock down all the walls. The increasing lack of boundaries leads to more and more motion and circulation, which leads to greater well-being.

If we unpack your body down to its smallest bits, your body is made of concentrated energy until it forms a mass. Disease is part of that mass. If we take this understanding into healing, you can see that healing isn’t to repair. It’s transforming certain mass into formlessness.

A lot of people have said that I am precise like a surgeon when I do healing. It’s because I am able to target that one stuffy room out of thousands of rooms and open it into motion and circulation.

Notice how when I talk about healing, I don’t use the word love like other healers would, like saying love heals all, all you need is love, love soothes all fear and pain, etc. That’s all psychology. To keep healing basic, easy to understand, not psychological, and “scientific”, I only look at motion and circulation. That’s it.

When I feel love energy, for example, there is motion. When I feel fear energy, there is lack of motion. My labeling the energy into love vs. fear is my personal interpretation of it. Another person might call the love energy as joy and the fear energy as sadness. But when it comes down to the most basic terms, we can say the love energy is simply more motion and the fear energy is less motion.

When it comes to non-humans, like demons or ETs, they have different concentrations of lack of motion or a very different circulation. The lack of motion can feel extremely pressurized which is much more than what human psychology is capable of. Or, the motion is much more wild and extreme than what humans are organically capable of. That’s how I identify non-humans.
